When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1~3 working days of purchase.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location.
Estimated Delivery Time:
4~12 business day (GCC and MENA Countries)
10~21 business day (Other Countries)
Your tracking number will be updated 1~2 working days after your order has been shipped.
What Is Your Return Policy?
We offer exchanges for eligible items within 21 days of the purchase date. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Underpants are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at marketing@htclb.com to initiate an exchange request. Please include your order number, phone number and the reason for the exchange.

We will provide you with a return address and any additional instructions.

Once we receive the item and verify that it is eligible for exchange, we will send you a confirmation email and process the exchange within 3 working days.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees associated with the exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet our eligibility criteria.

Import Taxes And Tariffs
You are responsible for all import duties and duties that may be charged when the article passes through customs. When your ordered goods arrive in your country, you must pay taxes. We can not give you advice or information about your country's tax rates and tariffs.
