If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!. You can return your product for store credit, a different product only, we do not refund in cash.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Customers have the right to request the return within 14 days of receipt.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- We do not return or exchange any underpants or our Playtime Collection
You are responsible for the shipment including the cost to our premises(return shipping costs are paid by the buyer). After receiving the package(s) with the reference and tracking number, we will exchange the product and ship it to you or we will refund your money to your account within 2-7 business days.
